Oh, the discoveries we find when we aren’t especially looking

 I just spent about three weeks in NW Washington state in my wife’s new house. Other than a quick trip to the ER for a pinched nerve in my back, it was an absolutely lovely trip. We didn’t go and do anything, really. But just having some mostly interrupted time with my wife while shopping, watching TV, or just having a simple dinner…well, it was magical.

While I took my camera and mobile podcast gear, I didn’t really do much of either. Oh, sure, I did my usual DTNS duties, and a few editing projects, I didn’t do anything creative of my own accord. Yeah…I took a vacation from that as well.

And as you would guess, that means my photobug and worker bee instincts are fully kicked in. I have so many projects that I want to complete…projects that I’ve already started, not new ones. Between getting back into Parenting Portal, the small backlog of work I have for DTNS and Know A Little More, and soooo much photo editing and culling, I am really itching to get to work.

So what’s that mean for you, Dear Reader? Well, hopefully quite a few posts, many updates about those projects, and the resurrection of Buzz Out Loud. No, really. It’s coming back. Kinda. You’ll see.
